President Bush met with President Roh Mu Hyun in South Korea today. The two leaders said they won't tolerate a nuclear-armed North Korea. But they don't agree on how to prevent that. South Korea is long-time ally of the United States. And it's long been wary of China. But these days South Korea seems to prefer China's strategy when it comes to dealing with the North. It just one example of how South Korea has lately been moving closer China.
